use qvm-prefs in dom0:
qvm-prefs -s Internal True
Hides any entry from QubesManager AND the Menu.
Ideal if you are preparing a Qubes box for someone else.
I think this has been requested before but as a combination from the
"View" menu provides the running/internal combo it wasn't felt to be
necessary.
