As suggested by the doc i should use this commands after first boot:
$ sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community
--action=upgrade qubes-template-whonix-gw-14
$ sudo qubes-dom0-update --enablerepo=qubes-templates-community
--action=upgrade qubes-template-whonix-ws-14
