Seems like web pages are loading slower and CPU usage is higher after
updating Dom0. Anyone else experience this?

It probably is. I've changed the proxy settings around but either "this proxy
doesn't exist" or "error connecting". The last time I installed Qubes, this
didn't happen, and it is the exact same version (3.2).

When I connect to a WiFi network, Qubes says I am connected, but websites don't
load at all. There is only a connecting sign for who knows how long. I have no
idea what to do because otherwise, Qubes is working fine.
