I am running Qubes R3.1, and have been for some time. Every couple of days though, the network breaks down and I can't even reach the router it is connected to. Only a reboot seems to fix the problem. This has happened a couple of times now and it is a little frustrating to say the least. I have no idea what causes it. Below is what I could gather from dmesg in sys-net: [731444.719052] ------------[ cut here ]------------[731444.719090] WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 0 at /home/user/rpmbuild/BUILD/kernel-4.1.13/linux-4.1.13/net/sched/sch_generic.c:303 dev_watchdog+0x24f/0x260()[731444.719107] NETDEV WATCHDOG: enp0s1 (e1000e): transmit queue 0 timed out[731444.719117] Modules linked in: iptable_raw xt_nat xen_netback xt_REDIRECT nf_nat_redirect ip6table_filter ip6_tables xt_conntrack ipt_MASQUERADE nf_nat_masquerade_ipv4 iptable_nat nf_conntrack_ipv4 nf_defrag_ipv4 nf_nat_ipv4 nf_nat nf_conntrack e1000e ptp pps_core intel_rapl iosf_mbi x86_pkg_temp_thermal coretemp crct10dif_pclmul crc32_pclmul crc32c_intel xen_pcifront pcspkr dummy_hcd udc_core xen_blkback xenfs xen_privcmd u2mfn(O)xen_blkfront[731444.719188] CPU: 0 PID: 0 Comm: swapper/0 Tainted: G O 4.1.13-9.pvops.qubes.x86_64 #1[731444.719202] 0000000000000000 2daa9f11921048f4 ffff880012803d28 ffffffff8175978f[731444.719218] 0000000000000000 ffff880012803d80 ffff880012803d68 ffffffff8109fe2a[731444.719232] ffffc9000075d228 0000000000000000 ffff88000a490000 0000000000000001[731444.719248] Call Trace:[731444.719257] <IRQ> [<ffffffff8175978f>] dump_stack+0x45/0x57[731444.719276] [<ffffffff8109fe2a>] warn_slowpath_common+0x8a/0xc0[731444.719288] [<ffffffff8109feb5>] warn_slowpath_fmt+0x55/0x70[731444.719299] [<ffffffff816616cf>] dev_watchdog+0x24f/0x260[731444.719310] [<ffffffff81661480>] ? dev_graft_qdisc+0x80/0x80[731444.719322] [<ffffffff81102519>] call_timer_fn+0x39/0x110[731444.719332] [<ffffffff81661480>] ? dev_graft_qdisc+0x80/0x80[731444.719343] [<ffffffff811042af>] run_timer_softirq+0x23f/0x350[731444.719355] [<ffffffff810a4344>] __do_softirq+0xf4/0x2d0[731444.719366] [<ffffffff810a47fd>] irq_exit+0xfd/0x110[731444.719378] [<ffffffff81479f69>] xen_evtchn_do_upcall+0x39/0x50[731444.719389] [<ffffffff8176339e>] xen_do_hypervisor_callback+0x1e/0x40[731444.719398] <EOI> [<ffffffff810013aa>] ? xen_hypercall_sched_op+0xa/0x20[731444.720031] [<ffffffff810013aa>] ? xen_hypercall_sched_op+0xa/0x20[731444.720031] [<ffffffff8100a2f0>] ? xen_safe_halt+0x10/0x20[731444.720031] [<ffffffff81020bee>] ? default_idle+0x1e/0xc0[731444.720031] [<ffffffff810217cf>] ? arch_cpu_idle+0xf/0x20[731444.720031] [<ffffffff810e4414>] ? cpu_startup_entry+0x324/0x3f0[731444.720031] [<ffffffff8174a28c>] ? rest_init+0x7c/0x80[731444.720031] [<ffffffff81d4c13c>] ? start_kernel+0x49e/0x4bf[731444.720031] [<ffffffff81d4ba8e>] ? set_init_arg+0x55/0x55[731444.720031] [<ffffffff81d4b5ee>] ? x86_64_start_reservations+0x2a/0x2c[731444.720031] [<ffffffff81d4ea38>] ? xen_start_kernel+0x518/0x524[731444.720031] ---[ end trace 2cc739109697c299 ]---[731444.720031] e1000e 0000:00:01.0 enp0s1: Reset adapter unexpectedly[731444.963843] e1000e 0000:00:01.0 enp0s1: Timesync Tx Control register not set as expected
