How inexpensive? You can get an G505S for $150 or so and it is the the last and best x86_64 owner controlled laptop, it supports qubes 4.0 and doesn't have ME/PSP. It supports coreboot with open source hardware initiation for the cpu/ram and while there are blobs for video and power they are
