I believe so.  In other words enable autologin, thats what I had to do,  in 
Qubes manual it was suggested.  I think its really mandatory in my case as well.

Maybe solved. When I restart the HVM to complete the windows tools
installation, the windows disappear when I have to insert the password
although the it is running. Killing it and restarting in terminal says
me to terminate it deleting file in /var/run/qubes/qubesdb.win7.pid,
do I disable the input of password with netplwiz?

I follow the tips on that thread, firstly giving 4GB ram and 50GB
partition but windows 7 freezes always at the start, after changing
'xen' to 'cirrus', in this case libvirt defines 'cirrus' an invalid
argument.
