Windows 10 according to company standards.

Yes, it's an issue. Better to open it at there issue tracer or contact
xcreensaver creator and request to add language indicator. I'm agree on
this: Qubes is used worldwide and need to this also about users from other
countries.

solution for XFCE qubes called devilspie2. Possible to easy install at dom0
and manage windows per vm
