I spent a while fighting with this myself with the same dock. Turns out the dock adds USB and ethernet support via PCI hot adding some new PCI devices. The Qubes kernel has also disabled PCI hot add disabled in order to block some attack vectors. Everything on the dock should work if you turn on

I have not been able to install Qubes 3.2 on this machine. The installer cannot start as the graphics card is not supported. The result is that you get dropped into the text-based installer which does not work. This is kind of disappointing as this is a very light laptop that supports up to 32
