The canaries have a section called "Special announcements" but in #16 and #17 it contains only "None.". IMHO a delay is worth mentioning. I don't know where they are based off, but may be in some jurisdiction that may force them to answer with "there is no compromise" in any case. Anyway this is not the first canary date that TQP/ITL misses. IMHO / IANAL but either they are very sloppy with setting a calendar alarm on their smartphones, or "they are not trying not to send" a message...
