Intel wi-fi requires binary blobs which are a black box and will stop working eventually. You need to compile the module for your sys-net kernel, or the VM you want to use for run it. I suggest you to do an standalone VM and let it use his own kernel instead the dom0 provided. It's a pretty complicated process, you can also buy a cheap (and compatible) USB dongle and connect it directly to sys-net.
