[qutebrowser] Thoughts on dropping QtWebKit support

Heya! Just like last year, I'm temporarily tuning out of most qutebrowser related stuff until September due to exams. In other words, expect pull requests to mostly be ignored until then. Unfortunately, there's still quite a backlog of PRs open. I'll try to get back to those in September as well
