I've experienced multiple outages that last for days on R-Forge
in recent years. Eventually, I write to r-fo...@r-project.org, and they
get it restarted.
R-Forge is a great service, and I don't wish to complain,
especially since I'm not paying for it. Several times I've offered

Once you will got an hardware upgrade, I think we will all be happy to
recover complete testing of developed packages (Linux 32/64bit, Mac
32/64bit, Windows 32/64bit), ... if possible.

R-forge seems to be down:
1. http://r-forge.r-project.org/ gives minimal page R-Forge Could Not
Connect to Database:.
2. svn+ssh://user name@svn.r-forge.r-project.org/ - svn requests
does not work.
