I don't think that anything changes. At least, I don't remember that
being the case (I have a few packages hosted in organization
accounts).
If it does break, share the github url to bioc-devel to get more
specific feedback.

I'm aware that the new ggplot2 is breaking ggbio. I haven't yet
convinced myself to actually fix it, even though I know there's no way
to avoid it. ggbio represents a big piece of technical debt, and I'm
not sure how to pay it off.
