[R] RODBC Installation fails

[R] Installation issue R 2.6.1

I am seeing a peculiar installation problem with the R installation files for Windows: R2.6.1 fails to install on MS-Vista with a file corruption issue. But, the same R2.6.1 exe does install OK on Windows ME. The same problem exists with R2.3.1: Fails to install on Windows Vista Succeeds
