Hi,

I am trying to build a package with package.skeleton function.

I already have the function "quadprod2.R" in the current folder. After
running the program,

library(frontier)
source("quadprod2.R")
package.skeleton(name="sfa_ext")

> package.skeleton(name="sfa_ext")
Creating directories ...
Creating DESCRIPTION ...
Creating NAMESPACE ...
Creating Read-and-delete-me ...
Saving functions and data ...
Making help files ...
Done.
Further steps are described in './sfa_ext/Read-and-delete-me'.

Opening the Read-and-delete-me file by notepad, I find

* Edit the help file skeletons in 'man', possibly
combining help files for multiple functions.
* Edit the exports in 'NAMESPACE', and add
  necessary imports.
* Put any C/C++/Fortran code in 'src'.
* If you have compiled code, add a useDynLib()
  directive to 'NAMESPACE'.
* Run R CMD build to build the package tarball.
* Run R CMD check to check the package tarball.

Read "Writing R Extensions" for more information.

Then it seems that I need to edit some documentation. Since I build the
package primarily for myself, I spend as little time as possible editing
the documentation. I almost do nothing on "man" and "namespace". (Is that
ok?)
What should I do next?
How can I run "build" and "check" commands?

Thanks

Miao
