results in IE complaining Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address. I set up the site to be trusted, and switched off all anti-virus software. Installation from RGui fails too. However, other packages such as fOptions, fCalendar etc download/download-install just fine.
