Hi, Before your plot: x11(width=x, height=y)
In your .Rprofile (Linux) or Rprofile.site (Windows): setHook(packageEvent("grDevices", "onLoad"), function(...) grDevices::X11.options(width=x, height=y)) where x and y are values you give for width and height of the window plot.
