Dear all, I tried to install bioconductor package using biocLite(). I got warning that c:/program file/R../library is not writable. In any rate, after the downloading/installing, I looked for packages like "affy" "gcrma" etc. but I did not seem them in the "library" folder. However, when I try to load the library, it worked.
