I am used to handle bio information such as NMR data or IR data .
I want to perform pls regression, so I search the help page of plsr. and I
use the example of plsr.
But I have a problem to make appropriate data format to do plsr.
these example data type like this :

I use to data type like table.
I don't know R allow several data type such as list, number, matrix in the
same matrix.
I want to use plsr in pls package to anlaysis data.
So, I read R help and example of plsr.

I have a problem about plsr in pls package. I want to show how classfied or
related each ohter samples, so I tried to use plsr and biplot.
But, I failed. Because, I had to change data type of my sample.

So, I cannot understand distribution of samples after plsda. I want to give
