The single assignement works excellent for my R_2.12.1 and Tinn-R_2.3.7.1 in
Windows 7 x64 on a limited user account (changes to profile.site has to be
done with adm priv though).
Thanks!

Unfortunately Tinn-R does still not communicate with Rterm and RGui giving
me the error message
source(.trPaths[5])
Does anybody have an idea what I am doing wrong?
Thanks a lot for your answers!!!

Hi Stephen,
Thanks a lot for your answer. Unfortunately this does not work for me
neither.
Could you maybe let me know what is written in you RprofileSite-file now?
Best
Dennis

Many people seem to have trouble defining '.trPaths' which is the set of
file names which TinnR uses to communicate with R; the user must be able to
create/write/read these files/folders.
In my Rprofile.site I have the single assingment:
.trPaths - paste(paste(Sys.getenv(APPDATA),
,

in Eclipse (with a plug-in), it's also easier to check code in and out.
The only drawback is, the font-coloring isn't as nice as Tinn-R, but that's
configurable - I will set it up to color like Tinn-R.

Currently there are some problems with the building of Hmisc binary
package; see CRAN for more information.
My suggestion is you can remove (or comment out) the code lines not to
use Hmisc for Tinn-R until it's available again on CRAN. As for me, I
merely use two expressions in Rprofile.site and
the previous Tinn-R version.
