Hi R users, Iwant to run a model, but want to know previously if my data present homoscedascity: the model is something like this: glm(ax~a*b*c*d)
I´ve found four different ways to test for homoscedascity, but i want to know which is correct: 1.- > fligner.test(glm(x~a*b*c*d)) 2.- > fligner.test(x~a*b*c*d) 3.- > fligner.test(x~a,b,c,d) 4.- > interc<-interaction(a,b,c,d) > fligner.test(x,interc) Thanks in advance ----- Mario Garrido Escudero PhD student Dpto. de Biología Animal, Ecología, Parasitología, Edafología y Qca.
