anybody have a JGR launcher for linux? Maybe a script that launch JGR directly
without open R then library(JGR) and JGR().

Isn't it right in front of you? I get:
JGR()
Starting JGR ...
(You can use /usr/local/lib64/R/library/JGR/cont/run to start JGR directly)
