Hey R-helpers,
Does anybody know of an implementation of interval PLS in R?
Thx,
Dirk

. Second, can anyone show me some idea
about how to write the comment. Thanks.
It seems a good idea to me to add all your commands in a script and to
source it in order to execute it.
Comments can be added in R simply by starting a line with a #

algorithms like the jacknife algorithm, but I was wondering
whether anyone has already implemented something like that, and if not,
if anyone could give me a few hints on how to start implementing it myself.
Thanks in advance,

the range of the spectrum to be used - For this, I should
be able to calculate the regression coefficients
* Determine the optimal number of elements in a model
* Anything else that you guys think could be useful :-)
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi,
I am trying to process some spectral data using R, and I would like to
use Savitsky Golay smoothing.
Is this already implemented in R or one of the optional packages, or do
I have to implement is myself?
Thanks in advance,
Dirk

Hi all,
Probably a very easy question, but I was wondering whether or not it is
possible to calculate the per-row (or per-column) minima and maxima for
a matrix object.
Thanks in advance,
Dirk
