files called R and R2.0 in /usr/local/bin/
and linked R and R2.0 directories each containing library directory
in /usr/local/lib
Hope they are not affecting the installation of R2.2.1.
Any suggestion would help.
Thanks a lot.

Dear list,
Sorry if my question is too easy.
I now have a class list like
1.01.01.01
1.01.01.02
1.02.01.01
1.03.01.01
...
9.09.09
I have no problem transferring it to a matrix
then into different classes). I programmed in tk and ggobi,
both are very slow as it loads the data all at once and cost about 5
seconds just to load 2000 files. Is there an automatic way of doing
this?
Many thanks.

Dear all,
I was trying to install RSPYTHON on my Mac OS X 10.3 into R, and got
the following errors, is it because of my C compiler or the python I
installed?
R CMD INSTALL -c Desktop/RSPython_0.5-4.tar.gz
10 seconds to load up...
Is there a fatser way to build such application? I have difficulty
install RJava in my machine, is RJava faster in building the tree
representation?
BTW, I'm using ibook G4 MacOS 10.3, R2.0
Many thanks.

does not work (no function is loaded, e.g. when I input the
function in the package, it doesn't recognise it)
Any suggestions?
