Right click on your WinEdt icon and go to Properties menu-item. In the
Target box look for something like,
[PathToWinEdt]\WinEdt\WinEdt.exe -C=R-WinEdt -e=r.ini
If you don't find something like this, make the change and try it.
* It may be better to have a new icon for R-WinEdt on your desktop
