BTW, I walked around the problem.
1. English can be used if you add 'LANGUAGE=en' to the end of target field
of property window of the shortcut to R. I found this solution in the
Windows FAQ.
2. If I setup SciView R, then
I installed R in Windows XP Korean ed.
The problem is that R window shows Korean menus, but they are broken.
Even worse than that, Tinn-R cannot recognize the R window.
Question:
How can I change the Korean menus to English menus?

What does that mean? If there are problems with the Korean translations,
please report them to the translator.
