*Required Experience: *

• 8+ years of experience modeling database tables, views,
indexes and relationships

• 5+ years of experience writing PL/SQL

• 5+ years of experience performance tuning Oracle databases
including reviewing explain plans and providing guidance to development
teams on best practices

• 8+ years experience with Database / Data Warehouse analysis
and design

• Good knowledge of Database partitioning and creation of
materialized views

• Understanding of other Oracle products such as Goldengate
replication

• Understanding of how to manage databases and architect to
support Active/Active data center sites (i.e. DB Sequences impact, etc.)

• Experience with all phases of the Software/Database
development life cycle ideally in an Agile environment

• Demonstrated strong team orientation and ability to
multi-task. - Excellent oral and written communications skills.

• Experience developing logical and physical data models using
Erwin and other similar tools

*Responsibilities:*

This individual will be working in a very agile, high-availability Service
Provider environment. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing,
conducting risk assessments, configuring, and implementing firewall change
requests within group SLAs. Responsibilities will include collaborating
with business owners and X1 developers to best secure the network, without
unnecessarily impeding development. Daily tasks may include incident
response, monitoring, investigation, project implementation, and
operational support. This position is onsite at the center city
Philadelphia location; telecommuting is not an option.

Provides expert technical advice and counsel to management and mentors to
less experienced firewall engineers. Assesses change implementation
options, benefits and risks, and determines the most appropriate solution.
Team-focused individual who steps in to assist when and where needed.

•  Extensive experience managing and maintaining enterprise class
Juniper SRX Firewalls and Checkpoint experience is a plus.

•  Experience with management and support of Cisco Sourcefire IDS.

•  Expert knowledge of routing, NAT, and TCP/IP networking.

•  Expert understanding of risk assessment and delivery of specific
technical solutions for change requests.

•  Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical abilities
including packet capture analysis.

•  Technical problem solving across multiple technologies.

•  Ability to deal with changing priorities and multi-task several
projects.

*Must Have:*

•  Approximately 5-7 years’ experience with 1 or more in a senior
role.

•  Juniper Firewalls (Netscreen, SRX)

•  Configuration, installation, and upgrading of Juniper firewalls
