The short answer is that's part of what's on "rhub".
When I run devtools::check_rhub, I get emails with test results
from three platforms: (1) Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, R-devel, 32/64
bit. (2) Ubuntu Linux 16.04 LTS, R-release, GCC. And (3) Fedora Linux,
