Dear package developers,the CRAN incoming queue will be closed from Aug 09, 2019 to Aug 18, 2019. Hence package submissions are only possible before and after that
period.
CRAN maintainance work and some work on a possibly forthcoming Windows toolchain will be pushed forward.
