Dear List Members,
I am using the 'cocorresp' package and trying to compare several pairs of
communities. My goal would be to see which of several communities best
predicts a final community. Say, for instance, that I have four communities
A, B, C and D. I want to know which community best
Dear Jari,
Thank you for replying my question.
I can get the multiplier of arrow ordinates, whichi is in a db-RDA figure, in
R, according to your advice.
I will study how to use R software from now on.
Yours sincerely

Bruce,
Standardizing might not be the best way to go if you have low counts.
You can possibly assume that events follow a homogeneous Poisson
process and rate varies with night length (linear or quadratic) [Y|x ~
Poisson(phi); log(phi)=f(x)]. You can estimate corresponding
coefficients by glm().
