I am doing some spatial analysis and am attempting to use the PCNM function
from the PCNM package. I am using the most recent version of R and have loaded
the packages packfor and AEM. When I try to run the PCNM function as below:
xy.d1 - dist(loc)
spe.PCNM.auto - PCNM(xy.d1)
