Hello,
Does anybody know how to estimate abundances of the i-th ranked species
under the Fisher's log-series model?
In vegan package, the radfit function perform this but for other models
(log-normal, ...).
Also in vegan, the fisherfit function estimates the model parameters,
however I could not obtain the fitted values of abundance for each
species.
