Re: [R-sig-eco] CAPSCALE plot output

Alex,

It is possible that the documentation in vegan answers this. You can try
vegandocs("decision") and go to chapter "Scaling in redundancy analysis" that
also applies to capscale results.

Subject: [R-sig-eco] CAPSCALE plot output

Hello,

I have a quick question about the plot()function in capscale. This appears to
plot the "site scores" from the output, but on closer inspection I've noticed
that the values are not exactly the same as those produced by summary()
Does anyone have an explanation for this? Perhaps there is some scaling
performed on the data before plotting it

Thanks
Alex
