I use rsync to upload my scripts + data to a linux server, then ssh to start
the run and rsync again to fetch results. All of this can be wrapped into a
shell script.

I am using vnc for connecting sever instead of ssh, normally it's the middle
button for copy-paste for window suer, but not for mac, maybe someone know the
replacement of middle button.
