Hi Andreas,

  I've started a package a while back here:
https://github.com/fmichonneau/cipresr but I haven't had a chance to
finish it.

  It is functional but only supports RAxML and BEAST at this time.

  I'm glad to help if you have any questions trying to get it working,
and I'd be happy to review your contributions to the code.

[R-sig-phylo] REST API CIPRES

Dear list members,
I was wondering if somebody already tried (or knows somebody who did) 
using R to access CIPRES using the RESTful API? I think it's a great 
solution for people with limited resources.
