That's the error my 64bit Mac sees running 6.7.0.1 Dr. Racket from the normal .app icon. However, running the executables directly, e.g. the-directory/bin/drracket works. I don't know if the app launch requirement for 10.12 is intentional or not - I'm guessing not.
