On the subject of package documentation,
http://docs.racket-lang.org/pkg/catalog-protocol.html appears to be incorrect
when it says that:
The source for the PLT-hosted package catalog is in the
(collection-file-path "pkg-catalog" "meta") directory of the
full Racket
