I use Agent on Windows, but even there, displaying HTML is just an option. The biggest problem I see with HTML content [in the groups] is that indentation is all over the place. A few exchanges in a conversation and the replies are off the page to the right, and code listings get completely f_'d up unlesss the poster is careful to use preformatted mode. Many clients send MIME messages with both text and HTML together, but the OP appears to be sending HTML only.
