 plt-services (failure to reach AWS)
 racl (time out instead)
 rackpgmp (failure to reach github)

Failure likely due to the macro-system change:

 c (a different error than before)

Failure likely due to new exports from existing modules:

 command-line-ext (via mischief)
 drbayes
 measures-with-dimensions
 mischief
 mischief-dev
 refined-acl2

Failure likely due to "unstable" library removals:

 libscrypt
 pict3d
 pict3d-die-cut (via pict3d)

There are also two new errors in this run, both of which look like Racket bugs:

 unicode-properties (out of memory error)
 midi-readwrite (segfault)

I'm confused. I can't reproduce the problem with a fresh honu install.
There is no require for `unstable/syntax` anywhere in the repo.

command-line-ext is indeed failing because of mischief, and I removed that 
dependency the other day. jack-mock is failing due to attempting to require 
`unstable/sequence`, I don't remember offhand which package that's in now.

working on a new version of the library that doesn't use the name "unit".
