I think its a good idea to make things unambiguous but taggs just feels wrong. Why not reuse "taglib" from J2EE? They're basically the same thing as our tags

PPS - I'm not sure if this suggestion would imply that the radiant- tagging-extension should be renamed to radiant-taggging extension...
