[Radiant] Linked script not loaded errors

I finally managed to install radiant but I am facing the next round of problems.
Public folder of my radiant app is subdomain.
If I login into admin panel, I can see it but everything looks
unstyled. Pages can be saved but I am getting Page Not Found error
when I go there.
Browser's error console shows JavaScript -
http://mmwx.multimediaworx.com/javascripts/prototype.js?1218826981
 Linked script not loaded Errors for all scripts in javascripts directory.
All files and folders have 755 permission in case that you think that
chmod is the cause of this problem.
It runs extremely slow. (I don't have fcgi possibility)

[Radiant] Install without ssh

Hi there

I am desperately trying to install Radiant on my site. I successfully
installed it as gem from cPanel but I can't pass the final stage on
installation because I don't have ssh access: I can't run rakefile in
order to configure the Radiant...

Is it possible to set the environment and files by hand? Am I trying
something impossible?
