Andrea, Thanks for your response! I will try your idea in just a minute, but, in the meantime, I've realized that DreamHost seems to have upgraded to Ruby 1.8.7. I've read this is problematic in general, and I have made the edit that was recommended at <http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/2009/01/02/ruby-187-upgrades/#comments>, but I'm still having errors. I'm wondering if I just need to install my own version of Ruby instead of DreamHost's? Anyhow, let me see if your suggestion helps out. I'll let you know in a bit. I just tried a fresh installation with Radiant 0.6.9 and the latest version of the gallery with the latest version of attachment_fu and all works correctly.
