Thanks Cristi and Anna for your responses. Due to the heroic
assistance of the support staff at RailsPlayground, I finally got the
most crucial extensions installed on the new VPS server.
We did have to check out the older version of Database_Mailer. There
was some other issue that kept it
I'm glad I could help- Cristi helped me when I ran into this too, so
I'm sure it's some kind of karmic flow ;)

Nav is a reference to an older radiant version, I believe. Check the
available version branches on github.

actually nav is a reference to Radiant 0.9.1 RC1. There are branches for
each of the latest radiant versions.
So for example if you're working on Radiant 0.8.1, you will need to checkout
that branch of the database_mailer extension
