Not sure what is happening for you. On Ruby 1.9.3, I just did: * gem install radiant * radiant test Both Gemfile and rakefile were there, and bundle ran fine. What version of ruby are you using? That was the problem. I had ruby 2.1.1 as the global version. I don't remember setting it to that but I changed it back to 1.9.3 and reinstalled the gem and it worked. Thanks for your help.
