I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand the problem.
Are you unable to see the snippet? It won't be under pages - it'll be under Snippets. Do you mean that you added an item to the menu (e.g. FAQ) but no "page" is created for it? You will need to create that page yourself and create a link from the menu item to that page.
