[Radiant] Database migration

A HUGE thank you to John Muhl for suggesting the taps gem for database
migration. I installed it and it works like a charm.

If, like me, you've been looking for ways to migrate/transfer Radiant
databases between say sqlite3 and mysql, or between different servers
(development at home/office, production on remote server), look no further
-- taps is for you.
