hmm weird.. this is what I have:
radiant -v
Radiant 0.9.1
rake --version
rake,
I'm not sure what's happening here. Radiant bundles both rails and rack-cache
https://github.com/radiant/radiant/tree/0.9.1/vendor/
So your rails version 2.3.10 should never be loaded.
