Thanks John. Taps looks great! I hacked a workaround by changing "object:DatePagePart" to "object:DatePart" in all the yml files and they loaded without error -- database is fine.
Will definitely check out taps gem -- much simpler. > if you can't get that working check out the taps gem. it can serialize > data into and out of any database supported by sequel. > -- marshal
