Could you tell me which version of the Radiator manual you are
looking at? I thought I had fixed all of those mistakes. :-( (please
send me the section number if it hasn't already been fixed in Radiator
2.19)

It looks to me like you haven't installed both DBI and the mySQL DBD
modules. You will also need to have the mySQL client libraries on the
Radiator host to be able to make a connection from Perl DBI/DBD to
the database.
