I have installed the SNMP module from http://sourceforge.net/projects/net-snmp/
there seems to be a strange problem.
When the radiator tries to query for multiple logins, irrespective of whether the user
is online.. it deletes the exisiting RADONLINE entry.. and inserts the new

Which SNMP modules need to be installed in order to have SNMPGetProg working and where

I am using RAdiator 2.18 on Redhat 6.2 with MySql and its working fine.
I have got 2 RAS placed in 2 different location . And i have configured my
RAdius in such a way that it can accept request for 2 Realm , one is @nda
and second is @ndb,

It looks to me like you are not using the configuration file that you have
copied in your message. You should run radiusd by hand with the
-config_file parameter explicitly stated to make sure you are getting the
correct file, then do the same in your startup script.
